  We had our son cremated, and when we went to pick up his remains jaime assured me that everything would be ready by 3pm. When we got there his remains hadn't been put in his urn yet. Jaime did not relay to the other employees that we were coming to pick our son up. We left and came back an hr later and everything was ready. We had ordered a dog tag necklace with his hand print on it and that was supposed to take 4-6 weeks. I called 6 weeks later and it still wasn't done. Called again at 8 weeks and still not done. I demanded they check to see what was going on and received a call back saying that the order had "got lost" Jaime is the daughter of the owners and screwed everything up. After someone looses a loved one, the last thing they want to do is run around chasing people for something they paid $200 for. I hope I never have to use a funeral home again, but if I do I will NEVER use quinlan funeral home again!!

  My mother's funeral was there yesterday. On Sunday, my sister and I went in to see her after they transported her from Nebraska to Texas. They drove and transported Mother because they wanted that personal touch. I noticed Mother's ring missing. Bill sprung into action making phone calls till it was found. They are very personable making you feel at ease and trying to ease your pain.
